It was so refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect at a dealership. Car problems and maintenance can be stressful, but the ease of getting an appointment and being loaned a car to drive so I c respect at a dealership. Car problems and maintenance can be stressful, but the ease of getting an appointment and being loaned a car to drive so I could continue fulfilling my other responsibilities were greatly appreciated. I won’t take my cars anywhere else! More

Used to get great service. After spending thousands of dollars on service My most recent service experience was a mess. My visit was on 8/9/2022 and had a low tire pressure warning light. The first signed estimate and scope of work was for $190, to replace the tire under the tire road hazard warranty. This estimate was given to me after the technicians and service advisors inspected the vehicle. I signed and authorized the repair. About an hour alter, expecting the work to be completed, the service advisor came out with a new estimate that was double the first and brought estimates to replace all of the tires. I saw that the Roswell Infiniti website price matches competitors and warehouse clubs(policy is posted on their website). I asked about a price match. More time passes, and I am told they do not price match Costco (which is considered a warehouse club). I informed the Service advisor that my experience to this point was not meeting any expectations. Nobody apologized for the time it took and for the mistakes made earlier in the day. I was never thanked when I paid. I reached out to the Roswell Infiniti customer service and nobody has reached called me back. Please use my experience as a warning of doing business with Roswell Infiniti as their policies and promises are not worth the paper they are written on. More

I have just had a very disappointing encounter with Roswell Infinity of North Atlanta. I have owned two Infiniti vehicles over the past 15 years. I have chosen to service my cars at the Infiniti deal Roswell Infinity of North Atlanta. I have owned two Infiniti vehicles over the past 15 years. I have chosen to service my cars at the Infiniti dealership, even though everyone tells you NOT to use the dealership for maintenance. I love driving my Infiniti luxury car and I have owned several other luxury vehicles including BMW, Mercedes and Lexus. I was quoted tire prices in January for replacing all four tires on my Q60s convertible. The service representative gave me a written quote and told me to hold on to the quote so that I would receive that pricing when I returned. I did not need new tires immediately, but they should be replaced when I brought my car back in for regular service. I took my car in today, April 28, 2022 for my new tires. I booked an appointment on line, so I did not talk to a live service advisor. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by a very polite and professional service advisor, Jasmine. She reviewed my quote and looked up the pricing on line. The tires had increased in price since January. I repeated what the previous service advisor had told me and she said she would check with her manager on honoring that price. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to pay the increased price. They would not honor my previous quote. I received a final decision on this information AFTER the tires had been installed on my car. Had I known they would not honor the quote, I would have taken my car to Costco for tires. I received a quote for better and longer lasting tires from Costco for what I had to pay Infiniti today. I asked if there was an escalation process and Jasmine told me no. Roswell Infiniti is a family-owned dealership and Infiniti Corporate did not have anything to do with their customer service or pricing. I was very disappointed with this answer. I understood that her hands were tied, she is an employee and has no decision-making authority. I was told that I could talk to her manager but I did not see any point. It is hard for me to understand how a “family-owned” business would not honor previous quotes from their service advisors. I am sure that I am a VERY small concern for this dealership, but I will be telling everyone that I know and posting this information. I will not be returning to this dealership. I will find a reliable mechanic that is closer to my home or corporate owned dealership, saving gas and time. More
Recently my Infiniti failed emission inspection at an independent emission inspection station. I brought my vehicle to Roswell Infiniti of North GA. I usually have my vehicle serviced at a different Inf independent emission inspection station. I brought my vehicle to Roswell Infiniti of North GA. I usually have my vehicle serviced at a different Infiniti dealership which I have been going to for 10 years. Roswell Infiniti was closer and since it was only the catalyst bank 2 that needed to be replaced, I thought there would not be an issue in bringing there for service. I was told by the service consultant that the cost to replace the catalyst bank 2 would be $2,300, $1,000 for the part and $1,300 for labor. I called the service consultant at the Infiniti dealership that I usually go to and was told the labor charge to replay the catalyst on my vehicle is $600, not $1,300. After I had the work completed at the dealership where I usually go to, I called the service manager at Roswell Infiniti and explained the situation. Instead of taking ownership of the discrepancy, he proceeded to make comments such as, “I’m not saying that is what is going on, but maybe they are using parts that are not genuine Infiniti parts”. The price different wasn’t the replacement part, it was with the labor charge! Not only will I never again go to Roswell Infiniti to have my vehicle serviced, I will not even consider buying a vehicle from them. Maybe the owner of Roswell Infiniti should consider how much revenue is being lost due to their service manager’s customer interactions. More
