Initial contact and experience with sales was excellent. There was a level of pressure to commit to buying that day. We found a wonderful vehicle with persistence of salesman. The car had not been prepped due to just arriving so was promised a full prep/clean. We took vehicle (2023 GMC ACADIA) that day and realized within 24 hrs the inside was not fully cleaned as inside windows are dirty and we found garbage in rear passenger area. The rear right tire had 6 lbs less air than other 3 tires which my husband was able to handle. We requested an owner manual was promised to get and still do not have 3 weeks later The vehicle is wonderful More
