Bought a Brand New 2026 Black Chevrolet 2500HD Z71 Duramax, they did not give me the extra $5,000 incentive and waited for me to sign the paperwork before telling me, then gave me a set $150 floor mat Duramax, they did not give me the extra $5,000 incentive and waited for me to sign the paperwork before telling me, then gave me a set $150 floor mats to make up for it, detail shop brought truck around and it was covered from bumper to bumper with swirl marks, I brought it back for the detail shop to “Buff” the scratches out and when I picked up it was just hazy, wash the truck 4 days later and every single swirl mark is again visible, Randall my salesman was very good, but finance department are absolute crooks and the detail department should be shutdown! I wish I would’ve went to Dale Earnhardt Chevy in Tallahassee, DO NOT RECOMMEND Rountree Moore Chevrolet in Lake City, absolute trash More
