James Louden was my salesperson and he was outstanding. I negotiated for several additional items to be included in the purchase price that could not be fulfilled on the day of purchase. James stayed in touch with me the entire time until all was complete. He was great! As for Rountree Moore, I do take issue with the accuracy/transparency of the CARFAX report which they have you sign every page of which is indicative that they stand behind it. My car was purported to be a "CARFAX 1-owner" and "personal lease". When I got home with the vehicle, I found THREE different rental agreements from the dealership in the glove compartment. It turns out that it was being used as a rental vehicle for the service department. So not only was the CARFAX report untrue, they were very careless with their customer's personal information (name, address, phone number, auto insurance and policy numbers) time and time again. CARFAX information can be changed and updated, but the dealership did not do this. More

The dealer ship should always do maintenance on any vehicle before selling it and this did not happen with the vehicle I purchased. I had to make two unnecessary trips back for maintenance.
