The sales person I was to meet on that Sunday was at the hospital with his wife having their first child and Andrew stepped in to help us both. Great teamwork. Now that I have said that, at the signing, the gentleman having us finish the transaction was very personable but when explaining the GAP, his presentation was way too fast. Also you should have him preface (slowly) that the GAP is NOT required to purchase a car and it is totally the customers right to accept or reject. Some customers may not understand. More
