All in one day, he gets in a horrible car accident, and not even 12 hours later, he is sitting in a brand new car!! They did the impossible! He went above and beyond to help us, and his communication and understanding were better than any sales representative I have ever had to deal with! My gf and I will never buy from Roush again. We take the car in just for maintenance because you pretty much have to. They charge way too much to work on your car, but if something goes wrong it We take the car in just for maintenance because you pretty much have to.
