I've purchased many vehicles over the years from many different dealers throughout central Ohio, and Roush is, by far, the #1 in customer experience! My son had recently totaled his SUV & as a single different dealers throughout central Ohio, and Roush is, by far, the #1 in customer experience! My son had recently totaled his SUV & as a single mom with no one else to go to for advice, I reached out to my salesman, Kevin Hundley. Kevin is not only a thorough (& patient!) salesman, but also an amazing human with a big heart. I'm grateful to him for making the process easy and educating us along the way with options for a replacement vehicle. My son ended up with a Ridgeline that he loves & this momma ended up with peace of mind! Brandon Blair also made the signing process a breeze. We called Kevin on the phone and asked him to beat our best offer and mission accomplished considering we drove almost 2 hours for our purchase after our daughter highly recommended Roush Honda.
