The whole buying process was excellent, no high pressure , just honest information and firm price numbers as we worked through selecting a specific car and options. The delivery day process was just as excellent handling all the paperwork, trading in our old car, and then driving and learning the many controls. Otis was excellent through this whole process! Also should mention Aaron Valentine who handled the loan and purchase paperwork. Again he did a great job without any pressure. The whole process of buying a car with Roush Honda was actually a pleasant experience instead of what previous experiences at other dealers were like. I can't recommend Roush enough to anyone looking for a car or going for service! More

Kevin made our experience at Roush enjoyable and easy compared to other dealerships. Not once did they push high-pressure sales techniques on us, and the entire staff was very friendly. I made a hasty decision to purchase a certified used car, and I had the privilege and pleasure to have Angel as my sales rep. Angel was professional, courteous, friendly and transparent. Additionally, he was very personable, treating me not like a customer, but as a friend, as we shared with one another fun personal information. Angel was very respectful of my time and ultimately got me to Tim, who, like Angel, was very professional, courteous, and friendly as he walked me through the documentation process in a very timely manner. Once that was completed, Angel walked me out to my new car, helped me get needed items from the car I traded in, and got me on my way in a very courteous and timely manner.
