Joel Skaggs greeted us at the front door and from beginning to end through about a week long period he made buying our new Pilot fun. Not once did we ever feel pressured. Not once did we ever feel like we were being “sold”. He was extremely patient with us and patiently answered all of our questions with the utmost integrity. Then when we were doing the paperwork he turned us over to our hometown guy Kyln Mitchell. He picked up right where Joel left off patiently explaining all of our options with financing, warranties, and service. I’ve never had a better experience buying a car!
