We have owned a Roush Honda CR-V for 11 years and always had very positive experience. Friendly, knowledgeable people. My wife and I had a good experience working with Rodney James at Roush's Budget Car Outlet. We purchased a 2015 Prius that had low mileage and was well taken care of. The previous owner had not turned in James at Roush's Budget Car Outlet. We purchased a 2015 Prius that had low mileage and was well taken care of. What an experience! I came to the Roush Honda service department for new brake lights in my 2012 Odyssey, and 24 hours later I had a brand new 2021 Odyssey. Jeff patiently worked with me and throughly e department for new brake lights in my 2012 Odyssey, and 24 hours later I had a brand new 2021 Odyssey. Jeff patiently worked with me and throughly explored what options were available based on my wants and needs.
