Cammeron was professional, yet personal, very informative, and put an effort to making our experience positive. Cammeron treated me like we grew up together, and what I noticed also was an employee going around vehicles even in showroom, cleaning and polishing the cars. In my business that is very important, many years ago my employer said that the first impression that you make on your customer is very important. After a bad experience at another dealership in the area, I researched some more and came across a vehicle at Roush. I sent an inquiry into the website, and Angel Milanov reached out the same day. He not only sent me all the pertinent information and images about the vehicle but also a personalized video greeting inviting me to come check it out. He was not pushy whatsoever and went over all the features I was interested in. I highly recommend not only Roush Honda, but also Angel. Go see him, you won’t regret it! More

I had a fantastic experience working with Spyros Tabone at Roush Honda in Westerville. My spouse and brother-in-law needed to lease a replacement car for our parents, my mother-in-law specifically. So the at Roush Honda in Westerville. My spouse and brother-in-law needed to lease a replacement car for our parents, my mother-in-law specifically. So the circumstances were a little unique as we'd be handling the financing on their behalf. She was apprehensive about letting her kids get her a new car, but we have the means to do so and she's deserving of a new/reliable car that would help her household budget and give her much needed peace of mind. Spyros immediately understood what we were trying to do as a family and quickly established rapport. He was extremely sincere and patient with my mother-in-law as she looked at the CRV we wanted to lease. He took utmost care in going over all the features to make her comfortable. Spyros was also great to work with on the lease terms and really went the extra mile to make sure I had the deal that I wanted. And to top it all off, he jumped my own car when at the end of the sales transaction I discovered my car battery had somehow rundown and I could not get the car to start! I've always been very pleased with Roush as a dealership. This is my second vehicle purchase from Roush, and I use their service department for our vehicles. They have a great family of employees and my experiences have always been top-notch. More

Spyros is the best salesman I have ever had, including Range Rover and Ferrari! He helped surprise my father with a Honda Hybrid. I was speaking with other Honda dealerships and I was shocked at how hard Range Rover and Ferrari! He helped surprise my father with a Honda Hybrid.
