I know I was a customer that had some challenges, but that did not matter when it came to the team that I worked with. Angel, Rob, and Tim Is what I call a “Super squad”! All of them went above and beyond on helping me. I was able to walk of the lot with my dream car with the help of these guys and I am so grateful for that! That being said, this was my first time at Roush Honda and it was simply the best of the best. I've dealt with a few of the big name dealers in the Columbus area and while the sales are good, they seem to be lacking on the management side. I walked into Roush as I knew the Westerville area in itself was nice but the employees were just above and beyond. Started talking with Jeff Ward and knew this is where I was going to buy my new Accord and future vehicles. The guy is outstanding no matter how you look at it. You can tell he's not just there to make a sale but he's really in tune with your needs and is set on making you happy. He's simple and straight forward but isn't pushy like a lot of people you meet in the car business. The guy will come in on his day off just to talk if you're in need of something! (Yes, he did for me) If that's not true service beyond the sale then I don't know what is. Great service all around at this dealership regardless of the department. First time customer and have earned my business for life. More
