When my elderly in-laws needed a new car, we went to a Honda dealer on the west side of Columbus and was very quickly put off by the high-pressure app When my elderly in-laws needed a new car, we went to a Honda dealer on the west side of Columbus and was very quickly put off by the high-pressure approach and obvious effort to upsell us, when we just needed a very basic vehicle for a couple who don't drive often, and only around town when they do. I contacted Roush Honda after visiting the other dealer and was connected to Salesperson Jeff Ward. What a refreshing experience! Coming from the automotive business myself, I had no idea that this level of focused attention to customer satisfaction still existed! There was no pressure and I suspect now, that it was because of the philosophy and approach that is encouraged at Roush. I was especially touched when Sales Consultant Spyros Tabone was showing me the features of the newly purchased Civic. As we sat in the car talking, he told me about how he came to be employed by Roush and the philosophy that is promoted there. Done! What's the opposite of "Buyers remorse"?
