Best in Town We just purchased our 8th Honda. We have had Accords, Civics, one Fit and now a CRV. Roush Honda has always provided excellent service and cars. Ou We just purchased our 8th Honda. We have had Accords, Civics, one Fit and now a CRV. Roush Honda has always provided excellent service and cars. Our last Accord, which was a 2016, was excellent and we really didn't need a new car. However, I felt it would be safer for me to drive a car that would give me a higher view and the latest safety features. The 2019 CRV Touring was just that car. Spyros Tabone understood our need and treated us very well. I had a question about unlocking the car doors the morning after I brought it home. I emailed him, he answered promptly, and took care of my concern in about 30 seconds! Good service indeed! More

She was extremely attentive to all of our needs and left no question unanswered. We had actually decided to not pursue a Honda because the one we looked at did not meet the seating comfort we were looking for. After a few days, Janly touched base with us and after she made a couple of great suggestions, we decided to return to Roush and invest a little more time in seeing if there was another acceptable option that we would pursue. Janly showed us the CRV EX and we drove it home about 3 days later and are very pleased. Her sales skills and professionalism are exemplary and she has an "owners" focus with customer satisfaction being at the very top of her efforts. Very pleased with our experience! Started the ball rolling on Saturday afternoon online on trading our 2015 CRV in for a Pilot . We drove a brand new Pilot home that night.
