Rob has a lot of patience and knowledge and treated me with the utmost respect, even when it took me a few days of coming back in with questions until I could make up my mind. He never tried to up-sell me or sway my decision, he just gave me all the facts and helped me sort it out as far as what I wanted in the car and what I wanted to pay, and I got a great deal on my CR-V.
