He gave me all the details about the car and a report showing the car had only one owner and no accidents. He also showed me the maintenance report all done at the dealership. He was very open about the car and answered all my questions. After my test drive, I noticed the car did not have a cargo trunk liner. Before I mentioned this he promptly furnished me with one. Exciting buying experience! Spyros was an excellent salesman. I came in one day, told his what trim I was looking for and he said if they did not have it in stock, they would ge Spyros was an excellent salesman. I went and test drove another brand and decided the Honda brand was right for my family. I ended up going back to Spyros a few days later and made my purchase, even went for a higher trim! He asked questions to understand what we were looking for and offered several options that would work for us. We picked out a car we liked and Shawn pulled it up to the front door for us to drive. We took it out for about 20 minutes and decided it was the one. The thing that made this experience so nice with Shawn and Roush was there was no pressure. We asked questions, we got answers. We were left alone at times when we needed to chat amongst ourselves. Every person that worked there asked me if I wanted a bottle of water (little things). Shawn made us feel like he was more interested in making sure we were making the right decision instead of just another sale for him. We left Roush last night in a brand new car and my fiance is beyond excited. I want to thank Shawn for everything he did to offer us a great experience.
