Family currently owns 14 Hondas I bought my first Honda in 1990 from Roush Honda, Emily Coltrain. Over the years we have purchased more than 8 Hondas from Roush Honda. The reason is simple, quality product,competitive price, a great warranty, and service that stands behind the cars they sell. Since this time, my children and brothers and sister have since purchased Honda cars from Roush. In total, My sons, daughter and I own and drive 8 Honda vehicles, (4 CRV's, 3 Accords, 1 Odessey). My Sister and her family own 3 Hondas (3 CRV's). My brother owns 2 Hondas (an Accord, an HRV). Over years I have worked with 4 sales representatives from Roush Honda. Shawn Risner has sold me 3 vehicles, mo son's last Odessey, my daughter's last CRV, and my sister's two CRV's. Shawn is a very dedicated sales representative. His honesty and integrity paired with the Roush extended warranty plan have made this our dealer of choice. For us, Shawn is our go-to person. We have stayed in touch Richard with the past six years and are now on our third vehicle. He has been patient and has taken the time to explain things that most salesman would not have done. Appointments, test drive, and delivery were all expertly and painlessly handled by Bill, who was able to answer all my questions and facilitate the deal while never feeling pushy. I was surprised to find that he even got the service department to perform a minor software upgrade during our delivery appointment. Purchase and paperwork were facilitated by Will Groves who made it easy to work through the pile of papers and even resolved a paperwork SNAFU I caused quickly despite it being their busiest day of the year. Was also pleased to see that Roush has a strong commitment to customer privacy. Hands down the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Roush's reputation as one of the best dealerships in town was certainly reinforced for me this week. I will happily and emphatically recommend them to friends and family in the future. More

The dealership had the car I wanted (always a plus) in stock, Jeff applied all discounts up front in writing on paper. No back and forth, no "let me ask my boss and see if we can do anything else". Straightforward and easy. Even brought a friend with me when I picked the car up who purchased a vechile from Jeff the same day. More
