He earned my business through his hard work and honesty with the sale. Additionally, I appreciate the community service and reputation at Roush Honda. Closing the sale at the dealership was a positive experience. Joe made sure my family and I were satisfied with the Pilot and installed our seat covers for us (and uninstalled and reinstalled them again after checking the second seat motor function). One of my best ever car purchasing experiences We went to Roush Honda in part because it was a participating partner in the Cosco Auto Purchasing Program which we had never used before. Our understanding was that dealers like Roush were selected based on a high level positive buyer experience and overall competence. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in and met the receptionist to the last handshake when drove off in our new vehicle, our experience was fantastic. Service and human interaction are some of the only differences we find anymore in many of our purchasing decisions. Centering around our sales person, Bill Seibert, and continuing through all other aspects of the sale we were very, very satisfied. Bill's depth of understanding of the vehicle was most helpful as was his easy going approach and sense of humor. We would definitely turn to Roush for any future purchase. More
