Outstanding service and incredible customer experience. Richard and the Roush Honda team provided me everything I could have asked for during my leasing experience. I was looking for a new Civic Si in black Richard and the Roush Honda team provided me everything I could have asked for during my leasing experience. I was looking for a new Civic Si in black (rare car to find) and Richard dropped what he was doing, found the car on the Honda factory floor and delivered it to me 3 days later without any issues whatsoever! He even beat another dealers price for the same car! When I arrived, the finance part of the process was also painless and very clear/easy to understand thanks to Will and Linda! They never pressured me to add additional warranties or service products, but rather let me tell them what I was looking for and gave me reasonable options. The whole staff overall was friendly, professional and customer oriented. I will definitely be back for my 1st oil change! I was a little unsure what I wanted to do when I arrived and wasnt 100% for getting the vehicle that day and wanted a couple days to think over my decision before going ahead with it. Being good salesmen I was pushed a little to go ahead with the purchase that day, as all sales people should do, but was not pushed to the point that I was uncomfortable and was encouraged also to take the time and come back when I was ready.
