We keep returning because they are so customer oriented. Otis Tate was our salesman this time and he was very knowledgeable. He found the exact car we were looking for and sold it to us at an agreeable price. When we took possession of the car, he had programmed all the settings, which we had requested.. Also, he spent about an hour with us explaining all of the great electronics features of the car. Otis told us about the Honda online tutorials, if we wanted to review or learn more about the cars features. Thanks Roush Honda for hiring such pleasant and knowledgeable employees. More

Not only do they have outstanding sales people (Bill Seibert is great!), but their service department is outstanding. Yesterday I walked in without an appointment as asked to speak to Bill. He had several customers yesterday but gave me all the time and attention I needed. When inspecting the new car, Bill noticed a small blemish on the bumper and immediately had the bumper replaced. In my mind, this is why I continue to come back to Roush. The finance agent (Karen) was also very busy, but I didn't feel rushed at all when completing the paperwork. More
