Honest and friendly dealership I live in the Detroit area. I sold my old 1998 Buick and was going to use the money as a down payment to lease a new 2018 Honda Civic Si 4 door. The day after I sold my Buick, I had an appointment scheduled to see/drive/lease the ONLY 4 foor Si available in Michigan (which happened to be located 10 miles from my house.) I was so excited! It wasnt until after I arrived at the dealership that I was told someone had put a deposit on it the night before and it was SOLD! I was so disappointed... and without a car. The dealership spent 3 days trying to find me a replacement with no luck. I decided to take matters into my own hands and located a vehicle in OH, 4 hours away at Roush Honda. I called and spoke with Jeff Ward who immediately went to work securing the car for me and setting up my deal. He arranged everything over the phone. I rented a car and drove down there 4 days later to sign papers. The car was waiting for me when I got there, all cleaned up and ready to go. It was a completely hassle free experience. I was at the dealership for about 1 hour, and drove away with my new car... which is AMAZING, btw. I couldnt be happier and I would recommend Roush Honda and Jeff Ward to anyone looking for a car. Of course we knew we shouldn't buy the first one without looking at any others, but he did such a good job knowing what we needed that we didn't have to look at very many to know that was the one for us. Jim also gave us a great deal on the price and was very patient with us as we debated how would be the best way to pay. Tim Senek was great as we filled out all the paperwork, keeping the mood light and conversational and explaining everything to us in an easy to understand way. Nobody tried to upsell us on anything, but made genuine suggestions on what features or insurances might be useful or weren't worth worrying about. They also went above and beyond making sure the car was pristine for us before we drove away. I had only worked with Roush's service department (which also has never disappointed) before this, but if I'm still in the area the next time I need a car I will definitely be coming back. More
