Our son - a student at The Ohio State University - had a very old car that needed to be replaced before we returned to New York. Unfortunately due to time constraints, we had just one day to complete the transaction. We met with Zach LaChappelle and he walked us through the entire process quickly and professionally. Zach answered all of our questions and made sure that what we needed for our son was provided. We will recommend to others that they see Zach before they buy a Honda. Our 2013 Civic EXL was totaled 10 days before our Spain Vacation. Jeff again was a big help. We were able to finalize details over the phone and internet from Spain and the new 2018 Civic EXL was ready for us when we returned home. The whole experience is enjoyable.
