Above and Beyond I recently visited Roush Honda Budget Car Outlet and purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty. When we arrived it was before they were open, but Jeff came out an I recently visited Roush Honda Budget Car Outlet and purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty. When we arrived it was before they were open, but Jeff came out and greeted us with the keys of the car we were looking at. Hey gave us the keys and offered for us to take a test drive. When we returned he introduced us to Regina our sales person. We sat down and I didn't have to play the stupid back and forth, let me talk with my manager game. We had a deal worked out very quickly. I was buying the car for my daughter and I let Jeff know that she would be taking it with her to college 5 hours away from home. Jeff had their reconditioning team go over the car again to make sure they hadn't missed anything in their reconditioning process. Jeff said when he sells a car he asks himself, would I put my son or daughter in this car? I was very pleased with the detail in which they went over the car to make sure my daughter would have a good car to drive back and forth to college. I totally enjoyed working with Regina. She took great care of us. More
