Had a good experience with Angel at Roush Honda. There was no pressure at all during the vehicle inspection, test drive or paperwork. Angel let us be and answered questions as we needed. Finanace department was easy to work with as well, no pressure. If we declined extra services, they understood and we carried on with the sale. When we first showed up Angel was with other customers outside and the employee who greated us at the door just left us standing in the used vehicle lffices saying Angel would be back soon. He never introduced us or told Angel who we were or where we were. Little rocky on the start because of that, but I don't blame Angel. Whoever walked us in should have done a better job at getting us introduced to who we had an appointment to see. More
