I was very close to leaving and buying a car elsewhere due to the sales managers overtly obvious and tacky sales strategy. That sort of behavior adds an unnecessary pressure to the dynamic, which makes buying cars online and skipping the dealership altogether seem even remotely appealing. I chose to stay because I enjoyed working with Otis and he helped me find the car I wanted to buy. Overall, it was a great experience. Otis is the genuine article!
