Highly recommend I have always done private sales when buying and selling vehicles, so this was my first time at a dealership. I traded my car in for a newer version and everything was completely seamless. I knew what I wanted so we didn’t have to do a lot of shopping/comparisons, but I had no idea what the numbers were going to look like. Laura had us test drive the car I wanted while they evaluated my current car for trade in. When we got back from the test drive, they had the value on my car as well as the numbers for me to look at for the trade and purchase. She gave suggestions for different payment and add-on options which was helpful. Like I said, everything was totally seamless and I felt very comfortable to take my time, ask questions and think everything over before making such a big purchase. Thanks Laura and Roush!! More

Well, nobody can be more excited when it is your first car and that too a new one and you are buying it in a new country thousands of miles off your h Well, nobody can be more excited when it is your first car and that too a new one and you are buying it in a new country thousands of miles off your home where you hardly know anyone. I am happy that the excitement was not let down by Spyros and he reciprocated the sentiments by giving his absolute best which was so very professional and humble. Though I had to personally dig in a bit and do market research in order to get the best rate, Spyros agreed upon the quote and helped me to get through the paper work done with ease. Besides this, I really appreciate the patience he showed to answer all my questions. On this note I highly recommend Spyros. Great Job! More

Salesman great, 2/3 sales managers not so much For me negotiating a new car trade is akin to enduring a root canal. My last 3 vehicles were Jeeps. Prior to that I had dealt with Roush through 4 Hon For me negotiating a new car trade is akin to enduring a root canal. My last 3 vehicles were Jeeps. Prior to that I had dealt with Roush through 4 Honda’s. Those experiences were about as good as it gets, so this time I decided to return to their dealership. Spyros Tabone was my salesman. I rate him excellent. He was low-key, patient with my many questions/concerns, non-condescending, not rushing me into a decision, overall the kind of professional I wish all car salesmen were. I would go back to him in an instant and highly recommend him. The experience with sales managers is a different issue. The first I found insulting, laughing at totally reasonable counter offers I was posing, degenerating into the rather typical “we’re already making so little on this deal as it is” mantra. Because of rather specialized concern I only discovered upon taking delivery (fixed crossbars whose separation was too small to safely transport 12 ft kayaks), a different sales manager was passed on to me - arrogant and condescending, personality of a warthog. I was VERY close to walking away at that stage. Fortunately, a third sales manager became involved, Jeff. I found him Spysos-like, respectful of my needs, willing to present a win-win solution to the problem - and the deal was consummated. So in brief, because of my salesman and 1 of 3 sales managers I would give the Roush experience 4 stars. Two jerky sales managers preclude 5 stars. N More
