I felt no pressure to make a decision and was very happy to have all my questions answered. Chris was excellent explaining all the details about the features on my new CRV and how they worked. Karen was very thorough explaining additional protections but did not pressure when I said I was not interested. More

Greatest new car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and my last experience in 2012 at a competitor was terrible. Buying a new car is my least favorate th I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and my last experience in 2012 at a competitor was terrible. Buying a new car is my least favorate thing to do because of the time involved. So when I decided to purchase a new car I told my wife I was going to every Honda dealer in Columbus and my home town and tell them I was going to buy a new Honda CRV the next day from whoever gave me the best price, whatever it was. I made my visits and evidently Roush was the only dealership that believed me. Every dealership gave me about the same price except Roush who was $3,000 less. My wife and I went to Roush the next day to complete the purchase. Murphy Williams was the salesman and he was great. Murphy was very efficient, informative and no high pressure. Everyone from the receptionist and sales manager to the business manager were great as well. It took 6 hours to purchase my last new car at a competitor and we were out of Roush in about 2 hours with my wife’s new car. We were elated. I have told many friends about our great experience at Roush and I will never buy a new car from anyone but Roush Honda. More

Brian answered all my questions and was patient (with no added pressure) to purchase or lease a vehicle. To me that is very important because I don’t like feeling pressured into a purchase, I want to make an informative choice based on what matters to me as the customer. I would highly recommend working with this Honda dealership when considering purchasing a Honda. More

Best Christmas Ever!!! I have the best dad ever!! Random father/daughter date was at Roush Honda in Westerville the Monday before Christmas. We met Chris after he braved the biter cold to greet us. Right from the start we clicked, lots of coincidences. He let us look around and was never pushy, unlike the salesman I have had to deal recently. Been looking for a good vehicle for about a month up until we got "My Ticky". Chris was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the car, very personable too. Too bad I didn't drive a stick, there was a great deal on a white Civic right behind me the entire time! Finally, I got the car I wanted!! The color, everything! After dad and Chris talked about the boring part (down payment, finances and such). We had a 2 hour break while waiting for financing, tis the season, I got my keys!! I have never had anything so new, almost afraid to drive it. But now, this was the BEST present ever!! Overall, was a great experience with Roush and the Honda Crew. Even though, I got a flat tire on my way home, I am very happy with my Civic, Ticky. More
