I mentally prepared myself before going to the dealership, going over the negotiation process in my head over and over again. I was picturing myself rolling up my sleeves and going back and forth like the dealers normally do pretending to talk to their manager. Needless to say, my experience with Jan was nothing like I had imagined. Jan was very easy to work with and quite helpful throughout the entire process. My experience with her was hassle and haggle free and I did not feel any pressure at any point. I highly recommend Jan and Roush Honda! More

Bought the car from you and had it serviced it with you all the past 3 years. And you don't trust me when I inform you I had to call triple AAA two times to jump start it. After checking up my car 3 days you yourself come to conclusion that the battery is dead and then replace it. And all the stress and moral distress you caused me. What kind of treatment is this to a loyal customer? Now I hope you spoke the truth and indeed replaced the battery and no other issues. If not this time I will not be this much patient and will use all the power of the law. And most likely you lost my business. Maintainaance in future and buying a new car next few months. PS. Rating the quality of work 1 star as I am not sure yet. More

I went into the situation thinking this would be a long-winded and stressful experience. Instead, I was greeted by a warm salesman Chris Ticknor. He was personable, warm, and not the stereotypical caricature of a car salesman. He didn't pressure me into leasing or purchasing. He just presented the option and allowed me to work out the numbers that best suited me. He didn't try to push me towards higher price car if it was not something I felt was important. I met several of the sales people and they all were kind and personable. Once I went to meet with the finance team it didn't take forever like I was thinking. It was all of 20 mins to sign all the paperwork. Most of it was electronic. More

Used car purchase I recently purchased a used 2014 CRV and was very happy with the process and vehicle. I really enjoyed working with Steve Tarbutton. He was straightfo I recently purchased a used 2014 CRV and was very happy with the process and vehicle. I really enjoyed working with Steve Tarbutton. He was straightforward and responsive and I never had the feeling that I was being pressured into making a sale. Steve was very flexible with my schedule which required us to negotiate over a week long period in short time frames. I received a fair price for my trade in and was quoted a fair price for the purchase. At closing I was asked to add-on items to the sale which was not unexpected. When I declined I was not pressured into adding the extras. Some of the extras I declined may have benefited me in the future. I have purchased other vehicles from the dealership and was happy with that sale process. In addition, I have used the Roush Service department and have been generally happy with the service. The dealership is extremely busy and sometimes there is a wait for a service appointment and service. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership along with my sales representative Steve Tarbutton. More

She was very helpful in giving me pricing and updates on inventory. She even confirmed vehicles that were still en route to the dealership to help me get the color I really wanted. Jan was flexible with her schedule to accommodate me, and we were able to complete my purchase very quickly with only two trips to the dealership - one to have my trade appraised, and one to sign the paperwork and take delivery of the car. I highly recommend Jan. She was a pleasure to work with. More

Once she had an idea of what I was looking for, our conversation remained focused only on the model I was interested in and there was never any pressure to look around at more expensive models or trims unless I wanted to. She was excellent at clearly explaining my options and pricing, which gave me more confidence in my ability to understand what I was choosing. When I picked up the car the next night she was great at going through all of the options and features with me even though it was a very busy evening and she had to juggle different customers and multiple calls. One thing that may seem minor to some but is personally very important to me was Jan's immediate understanding that I was the decision maker. Sometimes when my husband tags along to things like this a salesperson will direct questions to him or assume he is the ultimate decision maker. I was treated with unbiased respect as a customer – not just a "female" customer. I previously drove a Ford and I'm only on day one in my new Civic, but it is very likely Jan and the Roush dealership have scored a lifetime Honda customer. More
