As I was trying to decide on the trim level and color, my salesman, Spyros, showed me all the options. He and the finance manager, Sam, never pressured me to choose any certain color or trim. Both were very courteous and genuine as we negotiated towards a final price. Spyros helped me through the entire process, answering all my questions and even let me drive his dealer car home while the dealership detailed my new car! In my prior car shopping experiences at other dealerships, price negotiation had been intimidating. I also was passed over to other salespeople when higher profile customers walked in the door. I never felt intimidated or ignored at Roush. It is very clear that Roush places a high priority on customer service. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the staff at Roush. I thought I was a Honda lover before, but I love Honda even more after a seamless and stress-free car buying experience. Thank you Spyros and Roush Honda! More
