He was good to call back when I left a message. His colleague Cameron is very knowledgeable and helped me one day when Richie had to leave. There's a few things that bothered me though. First of all, regardless of money my wife asked for all weather floor mats for her vehicle and was included in her deal. I asked for the same and was told no. Also, when accepting delivery of the vehicle (the dealership had closed at 6 and it was after 7, but the previous customer took forever in the finance office) I felt rushed to get my things out of my traded vehicle and not to mention I had to do it in the rain instead of the vehicles being pulled in the garage literally right beside where I was. At first I felt valued, but the farther along we went the less I felt that way. More
