Purchasing and leasing consistently with Roush throughout the years. Eventually purchasing for our children as well when they became age appropriate. We were loyal even when we lived in Michigan and Kentucky. Always coming back to receive the once outstanding customer service and fair pricing. In the last four to five years the customer service has drastically changed. No longer are the days when I could pick my own sales person. As each of my sales consultants left I was being given a new sales person. I wanted to choose my own. No, that's not how it was going to be. Also by being chased down in the service department by a young lady, which was only doing her job, but for her to scold me on the gas level of the rental return. The tank was above the "F" and I returned it on the "F". I was told I would have to pay next time for the gas used. That I had been warned. I purchased a rental agreement with my vehicle so when it was being serviced I could go home and not have to wait in the lobby. Years back, no one would've ever said anything about me using one gallon of gas. We should've realized when sales personnel were dropping like flies that this was no longer the same dealership with the same values we so loved and admired. The new leadership is sinking this business and its sad to watch. There were several other issues as well. These are just a couple of examples. The customer service from the upper management is long gone. What a shame. More

This was my first new car and I was unsure what to expect or how the process differed from past experiences. When I entered the doors of the dealership I was greeted by Lexy Baker she was awesome. She was friendly, not pushy, she was informed and took time to find out what I was looking for and make sure I was comfortable with the process. She did such a great job we ended up buying 2 new cars that day from her (it just made sense for us). I would definitely buy another car from her and Roush Honda. More

Ray Moore made the car buying experience a very pleasant one. I love my 2012 Accord that I purchased from him. I highly recommend this dealership when shopping for a used car. Best price, straightforward dealing, quick processing Roush wasn't initially at the top of my list as they are on the opposite side of Columbus and I hadn't dealt with them before. After months of trying to winnow down my car list to a final top 3 choice of cars (my lease was quickly coming to an end), I drove many vehicles from many dealerships, I finally decided the '17 CR-V was my top pick and put out a few final 'best price quote' requests. I countered on each and Steve Kantor at Roush came back with a 'best price' along with a good amount of information showing how the offer was broken down and determined - along with a breakdown of the extra perks that come along with getting a car as Roush - and extension of the warranty for electrical, engine, transmission, front suspension, brakes, steering, a/c, along with complimentary roadside assistance w/in 50 miles of Roush, and loaner car for service visits. that tipped the scales. It was also a quick process... Steve replied to me quickly for my additional questions, and once I decided, the paperwork and car extras were ready before I even got there, and, since everything was exactly right, I was out the door in a couple hours in the new car. I should also mention that, I didn't have a ride so they sent someone out to another dealership to pick me after I turned in my former lease. So, wrap up... Best price, best after-purchase perks, staff who know their stuff and a) slow down to answer any questions and b) speed up when you're at that point where you're ready to started it up and get out there on the road with your new car. Best car buying experience I've had in 30+ years. Highly recommended. More

Thank you Vince and to the gentleman that helped with our title paperwork ... greatly appreciate the experience. More
2017 Honda Civic EX I was in need of needing a new car and I am a full-time nursing student with a near full-time job. Shawn did a wonderful job working on a time with me I was in need of needing a new car and I am a full-time nursing student with a near full-time job.
