For my most recent purchase, I initiated via the website. Mary Huggins was quick to reach out to me, clarify what I was looking for and connect me with Schuler Crowe. Schuyler and I exchanged e-mails and calls over a couple of days until I was able to to come in for a test drive and to make a purchase. Throughout, the team members were friendly and informative about my options without being pushy. I was made aware of the services and coverage options available to me with my purchase and felt no pressure to make any specific selections or additions. He really helped and put me at ease. Everyone at this dealership is polite and attentive. I really liked that they shopped for the financing that best suits me rather than only use Honda Financing like other car dealers have done. More
