This time we dealt with Spyros Tabone who was very knowledgeable as well as professional. We took both the Accord and the CRV on a leisurely test drive over roads we frequently drive to give us a good comparison. Deciding between the two vehicles is a major decision and we did not feel rushed or pressured in making a decision. When we decided on the CRV we dealt with Mike Dunlap for the leasing paperwork who answered all our questions, was professional, and got everything done in a timely manner. With all the features, cars have become a piece of electronics and this is where Spyros Tabone really shone going over all the settings and capabilities, customizing to our preferences and linking our iPhones. This is a lot to absorb and again, we did not feel rushed and although it was getting late and snowing. Spyros took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we had an overall understanding of the new features on the CRV. Roush provides end to end service and Spyros made it clear if we had questions as to features and settings or anything else later, he would be there to answer them. Great service! Very professional!
