The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming from the first, and each person we have worked with has been knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. On the sales front, we worked with both Sam and Shawn at different times. Sam walked us through everything as first time car buyers, explaining all our options without ever pressuring our decision in any way. Then in our most recent visit we had great fun working with Shawn, who again managed to clearly offer us all options without ever trying to push us one way or another. He didn't try and throw me a sales pitch and steer me to any other cars as other salesman have done in past experiences with other dealers. Moms new lease I met Shawn nearly a year ago as I was waiting on my Odyssey to be serviced. I let him know early on that I was just passing time in the showroom and I met Shawn nearly a year ago as I was waiting on my Odyssey to be serviced. I let him know early on that I was just passing time in the showroom and was not in the market for at least another year. Shawn was very receptive to my situation and never pressured me to reconsider. Time goes on and whenever I was at the dealership for service and Shawn saw that I was there we would chat a bit, again with no pressure. A few months pass and I was at Roush doing some research for my mother whose lease was coming due and I happened to see Shawn again a told him of her situation. I was explicit on her vehicle likes and dislikes and he was very receptive. I brought her in a month later and he recalled our conversation and knew exactly what to show her and never once tried to upsell her which made our time with Shawn and the Roush team a pleasure. So in short I still have yet to make a purchase through Roush but was more than comfortable recommending Shawn to my mother. More

Working with Lori and Joe on narrowing down the choices and ultimately with Bob and Will for the sales, finance and delivery, the whole process was pleasant and efficient. I got a really great deal on my trade-in too. I am totally satisfied and excited to be in my new Civic Hatchback Sport Touring and with all the tech in this car, Bob made sure I had all my questions answered before I drove off. Easy Purchase My friend and I came in looking at the CR-Z's they had on the lot. Doug got all 3 we were looking at ready and let us take each one out for test drive My friend and I came in looking at the CR-Z's they had on the lot.
