Mr. Pete Kelley was our Customer Service Advisor, and he was very friendly and efficient. He was very candid and realistic in his time estimate for our vehicle, and expedited alternate transportation for us. He updated me about the status of the repair, and was genuinely interested in our satisfaction! I do not know which repair experts worked on our car, but the problem was determined and repaired before the originally estimated time of completion.
