Before even making an appointment, Josie and I started an email chain where she took the time to answer all questions I had without pushing an appoint Before even making an appointment, Josie and I started an email chain where she took the time to answer all questions I had without pushing an appointment on me like most dealerships I had already dealt with did. She also answered everything as detailed as possible. Once arriving to Roush, Cameron stepped in to help me pick out a car as Josie was with a previous customer appointment that obviously had not ended. He helped me pick out the perfect 2017 Honda Civic EX-L when I originally came in for a SUV. His knowledge and honesty made working with him a pleasurable experience. When we came back to pick up the car, he was with a customer and Josie ended up helping us a little further to speed along the process. The true definition of teamwork was working with them. Mike was also great in fiance! I would recommend Roush to anyone looking to buy a car! More
Crashed car while being serviced. I purchased a 2017 honda civic in October 2016, in December I had to take the car in for service due to the proximity locks not working. I got a call I purchased a 2017 honda civic in October 2016, in December I had to take the car in for service due to the proximity locks not working. I got a call the next day from Roush telling me while they were moving my car they hit another car and it was just cosmetic damage. Apparently having to replace the whole front bumper, grill and fog light costing $2500 is cosmetic damage to them. The did repair the damage which took about 3 weeks waiting on parts. But the initial problem of the proximity locks is still not fixed. More

Once we were ready to complete our lease we went in the night before, did the appraisal of our trade in, and then picked up the next day (not because they couldn't do the night before - but because we had a toddler bedtime to stick to!).
