A Great Used car deal My husband needed to replace his former car, a Honda, after it was totaled in an accident. At 81 years of age, he didn't want to invest in a new car My husband needed to replace his former car, a Honda, after it was totaled in an accident. At 81 years of age, he didn't want to invest in a new car, and had decided to get a good used car that might serve him for the rest of his driving days. We went to the Roush Honda Lot and talked with Vince Del Viscio, who came up with just the car for him. It even had an XM radio so we could just transfer our subscription! When we discovered the next day that the emergency brake had an issue it was fixed immediately, even though we bought the car "as is." The car was up to date on servicing, which saved us some money. The service was so personalized and Vince was so helpful. We have bought new cars from Roush for over 20 years, and were pleased to find the service is just as excellent when buying a used car. More

He stayed late to assist us, even though he was in the middle of moving. Throughout the buying process, he was upfront with pricing and was not pushy in any way. I honestly felt that Lee really understood that buying a new car is a big purchase that shouldn't be taken lightly, because he truly allowed us the space and time to make the right decision for us. The whole process was respectful and cordial, no "what do I need to do to get you to purchase this car today!" or "let me go talk with my sales manager and have you sign this piece of paper agreeing to this price!".
