I was trying to make a decision between a Honda Accord and 2 I gave Roush a 5 stars because I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach of Josh Wiswell. I was trying to make a decision between a Honda Accord and 2 other different brands. Josh went through the features of the Accord Touring and the EX-L V6 and encouraged me to drive both vehicles to so that I could determine which vehicle satisfied my criteria and budget. The people can make or break a dealership. Josh kept in contact with me via email, text and phone during the process. I decided to purchase the vehicle after the weekend. He had all of the paperwork ready when I got off work and the final segment of the process was painless. He took the time to go through the vehicle with me and set up the mobile interface etc. I appreciated the attention and the follow through after the sale too. More
