He was extremely personable and I feel like I made a new friend. We could have talked all afternoon. There was never any pressure. I had put out a request for several cars and had received an email from Mark that I missed but Spyros noticed it and talked to Mark who had given me a good price. He went with that price which was actually below what I had expected to pay. Spyros introduced Mark to me and he was very nice, I am glad that they all work together. I have been places where that would have caused a row. I felt bad but Mark was great. The car was prepped and Spyros showed my wife and I how things worked including setting up my phone. Will in financing made all of the signing very easy and comfortable. I walked out of the dealer with the car I wanted at a better price than I expected. I would highly recommend that you buy your next car here! More

Buying my new Civic was handled admirably by Cameron Bryant--he was very helpful and patient in explaining all the processes in the buying experience--including all the moving parts on the car's dashboard !! It was a real pleasure getting to know him. He is a fine addition to the Roush team ! Rich Broderick took good care of me in explaining all the parts of the financial process. I do have one concern with the service department. In addressing problems with my other Honda I had to wait days ( and even weeks ) to have it evaluated for a "check engine light". I hope that this does not happen again. More

THE GOODWIN STORY The Goodwin Story When it came time for us to find a vehicle that would go in the southern Ohio snow in the winter, we decided that that a Honda CR The Goodwin Story When it came time for us to find a vehicle that would go in the southern Ohio snow in the winter, we decided that that a Honda CR-V EX-L AWD was the vehicle for us. We started looking online. We came to a good deal at Honda of Marysville, but it was a FWD not AWD vehicle. We looked online again searching again. That is when we found exactly what we wanted at Roush Honda! Questions being: “Did they still have vehicle available? Would Roush Honda honor the same deal as Honda of Marysville for the FWD? What kind of dealership would Roush Honda be?” With a little research, we found Roush Honda had an excellent reputation and people who had gone to Roush Honda had excellent things to say about the dealership. We made an online inquiry about the vehicle. Spyros Tabone contacted Barney. Barney explained that this vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. Spyros and Barney made arrangements to meet on Friday. On Friday, we met with Spyros. Spyros went right to work with his new car managers. We came to an agreement with the new car manager relatively quick and we had a good deal on the exact vehicle that we wanted and desired! Even with the extras that we desired--floor mats and mud guards. Spyros went right to work to get them installed on the vehicle while maintenance was prepping vehicle. Spyros took the time to explain where things were on the vehicle, getting us familiar with the car, making sure the seat and mirrors were adjusted correctly, pairing both our iPhones, and even posed for a photo with us—after all this was a BIG moment for me (Carla) – MY FIRST NEW CAR IN MY LIFE!! Thank you, Spyros!! You are AWESOME! Roush Honda staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was as if we were family to them. Not just people purchasing a car. I believe this is what makes Roush Honda stand far above “normal” car dealerships. Roush Honda cares for their customers and wants to have a long-term relationship with their customers! We were not just people to sell a car to and never to see again. No, Roush Honda’s attitude is they want to have long lasting relationships with their customers in years to come. This is important to both of us, especially in today’s business world where people have lost the personal touch of customer service. We look forward to future routine oil changes and maintenance on our vehicle, so we have the privilege to see and say “Hello” to our new friends we have made at Roush Honda!
