The story is always the same --- you can call for a service appointment that is two to three weeks out or you could perhaps leave your car here and we will work it in-- sometime! Oh, that would mean you are out of a car? Or driving a car with a safety hazard for 2 or 3 weeks? We are very sorry. It is too bad that we can't get good timely service from our local Honda dealer. Completely satisfied customer I was almost sure what car I wanted to purchase when I came to Roush. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron who showed me a few cars and offered I was almost sure what car I wanted to purchase when I came to Roush. I did come back the next day after reviewing the book on the civics and took a test drive which completely convinced me that I wanted the civic. Casey was fair on dealing with the price of the car with all the options and add-ons that I wanted. Cameron is fairly new to Roush but will eager to help. Cameron answered all my questions and those he was not able to answer he did go find the answers for me. I am completely satisfied with Roush Honda and would come back to purchase another car.
