I had owned one several years ago and wanted to return to this perfect car to let me carpool and travel with ease. We called Lori at Roush, gave her our wishlist and the date we needed it. We trusted her to keep us in mind and locate the right one for us. Within a short time period, she delivered! She called us when one came into the dealership that met, and actually exceeded, the list we had given her. We were at the dealership within an hour of her phone call and bought it! She nailed it! The story is always the same --- you can call for a service appointment that is two to three weeks out or you could perhaps leave your car here and we will work it in-- sometime! Oh, that would mean you are out of a car? Or driving a car with a safety hazard for 2 or 3 weeks? We are very sorry. It is too bad that we can't get good timely service from our local Honda dealer. Completely satisfied customer I was almost sure what car I wanted to purchase when I came to Roush. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron who showed me a few cars and offered I was almost sure what car I wanted to purchase when I came to Roush. I did come back the next day after reviewing the book on the civics and took a test drive which completely convinced me that I wanted the civic. Casey was fair on dealing with the price of the car with all the options and add-ons that I wanted. Cameron is fairly new to Roush but will eager to help. Cameron answered all my questions and those he was not able to answer he did go find the answers for me. I am completely satisfied with Roush Honda and would come back to purchase another car. The best place to get a car I reached out to the dealership last week, regarding my tire tread being low. I was concerned due to leasing my Civic, that I would have to pay for ne I reached out to the dealership last week, regarding my tire tread being low. I was concerned due to leasing my Civic, that I would have to pay for new tires on my leased car (and my lease is up in 3 months!). Jeff Hape and Shawn Risner made sure that I did not have the expense of new tires and got me into a new lease with a '16 Civic. This is my second purchase from Roush, I've had fantastic experiences and would recommend this dealership (and gentleman) to anyone. More
