He spent significant time highlighting the safety options, such as the right-hand mirror's abilities, the back-up camera, and the lane line warnings. He helped us set us a few radio stations, so that we would be able to add more on our own time. Lee encouraged us to call him for any further explanations we might need. We would recommend working with Lee Cohen to any Roush potential buyers! He is pleasant, professional and well-versed in the features of the 2016 Honda Odyssey! More

5th Honda from this Dealership My past 5 vehicles have all been Hondas - all purchased from Roush. The facility is clean, all workers (sales and service) are professional and wear My past 5 vehicles have all been Hondas - all purchased from Roush. The facility is clean, all workers (sales and service) are professional and wear uniforms. I believe the Dealership is employee owned, which is probably why so many of their employees seem to stay there for many years. The sales staff take appointments and are there when you arrive - they follow up on items as appropriate. Getting down to pricing was quick and straightforward. Their pricing (for me) has been better than any of the other local Honda dealers. The service department has long hours (extremely convenient), and they have a courtesy package (for a modest fee at vehicle purchase) that provides a loaner any time you need service that takes more than 1 hr. For me, running a business, that means I'm not sitting around in a dealership waiting for anything. Better use of my time means better service to my own customers. In short, they are highly professional and respect my time and intelligence. Great buying and service experience with them over the past 15+ years. More
