Easy, low pressure experience I had a great experience at Roush. Wonderful Customer Service and Experience Met with Dave Holscher to request he keep a lookout for a used truck. Dave informed me about the advantages of the Honda Ridgeline compared to the oth Met with Dave Holscher to request he keep a lookout for a used truck. Dave informed me about the advantages of the Honda Ridgeline compared to the other models I was considering. His in-depth knowledge of trucks and his understanding of my personal requirements for a truck enabled me to make an informed decision to look for a Ridgeline. Dave diligently informed me of Ridgelines that became available over a period of several months, comparatively high lighting which items on my "list of requirements" were fulfilled and unfulfilled. Thanks to Dave's diligence he found a Ridgeline for me that exceeded my expectations. Dave also personally sought to expedite the servicing and preparation of the vehicle so that I could take possession of the Ridgeline as soon as possible. Dave also went above and beyond the day of delivery to ensure I could get to the dealership, have me complete the necessary paperwork in an efficient manner (thanks to Christina for making the administrative process a pleasure), and introduce me to the men who did a wonderful job of preparing the Ridgeline for delivery. I am also very appreciative of the time and patience Dave provided me as he explained and demonstrated the many options and basic functions of my "new" used Ridgeline. Thank you Dave and Roush staff for a wonderful customer experience! More

All of them seemed like no pressure, easy going people, which is what I'm looking for when I'm making a big decision like this. Will Groves in finance did a great job of explaining all my options.
