Extraordindary service, support and vehicle when I knew I was returning to the US after a year's absence, I contacted buddy Rich (Broderick) and let him know I was interested in a gently used, when I knew I was returning to the US after a year's absence, I contacted buddy Rich (Broderick) and let him know I was interested in a gently used, low milage, used 2014 Honda Civic. Rich connected me to Dave (Holscher), who has been phenomenal in enabling me to preview the 2014 Honda Civic that I first spotted online while still in Australia. From first contact onwards, he upheld my belief that Roush Honda is a company that truly cares about its customers and products and will deliver on promises until a buyer is satisfied. Christina Baird made the purchasing of the car I settled on, a smooth process. This is my third Honda...I am wedded for life to the vehicle and this company.. Exceeding expectations - back again for the third time! I bought my first car from Roush Honda (Leigh Daniels) back in 2002. I bought my second one from Leigh in 2004. How surprised was I to find that in 2016, upon returning to the dealership to find Leigh still there an about to retire after 18 years! Wow, talk about really exemplifying a quality organization. How an organization treats their employees speaks volumes of how they will treat their customers. Their culture supersedes all the hype. This time, I had the opportunity to work with Spyros Tabone. He was just an helpful as Leigh was all those years ago. There was no pressure and he gave us his undivided attention which was not was I can say for another Honda Dealer (John Hinderer) where the salesman actually passed us off to a junior staffer so he could help others. A third dealer refused to find us what we wanted telling us we had to take what was on the lot. Roush comes out on top every time - I should have known. I could have saved a lot of time; however, I had to do my due diligence. Stay away from those other dealers - Roush will get you what you want, at a fair price and provide excellent service. More

Platinum Customer Service and exceptional sales team I bought a brand new 2016 Honda CR-V and i could have asked for a better group of people I worked with. Chris Ticknor was my salesman. When i explained to him I wanted to move quickly and work retail so we had a very small time window to do everything he was right on it. He even tried to come across town to take my old car for appraisal. I was in amazement that he would be willing to do that! I came to him a year prior and things just didnt line up on my side of the deal but I didn't forget who I worked with since he made it memorable. Now to really make it an awesome experience, Karen in finance was absolutely phenomenal as well. She did not pressure anything and made it very clear if i needed anything to call her. I did end up having to change some financing and she was right on it! She came all the way across town to bring the me paperwork on her own time while I was at work to sign. I would not pick any other dealership! I have also had my previous car serviced several times and drive 45 minutes to them. The entire staff is amazing from service and now to my most recent in sales. Massive kudos, guys! Another amazing experience from Roush Honda in the books More

Salesman was lackluster at best! I was completely surprised about my experience at Roush. I live in the community that is home to Roush and had heard great things about the company. That was not my experience in buying a used car from the used car dealership. The experience relates to my sales person, Vince. He was not good at all!!! He was cold and very distant. I think he was upset because I wanted scratches that were in the window fixed!! There was a scratch in 2 windows and he thought I should just be okay with it. I was willing to walk away from the deal if they were not going to fix them. I was okay with that and he acted like it was impossible to fox them and this is after he acted like they did not even exist. I mentioned them to him like 5 different times and he still acted like he did not see them until I went there send showed them to him. I left the dealership and went home stating I was not interested. He let me leave the lot, an approved buyer, he let leave the lot. Then called me later to say he talked to his manager. He should have talked to his manager before I left!!! He was ridiculous at that point and way too emotionally involved. I was adamant at that point that I wanted the glass replaced!! This guy was a joke and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!! The manager was fine and the finance guy was fine, but this sales person was horrible!!!! I cannot believe Rough is okay with his behavior. I service customers everyday and I would NEVER let an approved buyer leave my place of business without doing everything possible to seal the deal. Shameful experience!!! More
