I've been a customer at Roush since 2001, 4 vehicles and counting... While online shopping for a new vehicle, I found a car I loved through various websites, but not at Roush... I still stopped by Roush Used Cars first, as I've always had fantastic luck there. I found a car I was interested in, but still was in love with the online car. While test driving the car in used cars, my Mom stopped over in the new car sales to see Jeff (who sold her a car last year) and by the time I got back they had a new car lined up for me to check out. While I wasn't completely sold on that car, Jeff's friendly attitude made me forget completely about the original car that I wanted from another dealership.. and while I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted yet, I knew that I wanted it to be from Roush! We dug in, found the perfect car and I was driving it home in no time! I'm proud to be a part of the Roush family! Keep it up guys! More

Test driving a couple of used CR-V's during my first visit, I indicated to Jim Hartsook my preferences for model years, interior features, and odometer readings. Within a couple of days, Jim called to say that a CR-V meeting all of those specifications had just come in. He invited me to stop by for a test drive - and that is all that it took for me to find at a good price a vehicle that will serve me well for many years. More

I was looking at a white civic and REALLY wanted black interior and Richard called to tell me they had a car being transported to them that had black interior so I got exactly what I wanted. I will and already have told people about our experience that we had with Richard Miller and his continued offer of help in learning all about the new Odyssey that we purchased. Also it was important to us not to be pressured into something we didn't want and that never happened with Richard. We will be return customers for sure. More
