I ran into Shawn and he took me in to help find what I was looking for. I explained to him what I was looking for and luckily they had it at the dealership. He let me test drive the vehicle to make sure I was fully comfortable with my choice of car. The whole time through this process Shawn was courteous and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Being that this was my first time buying a brand new car, Shawn made sure that I got to experience that feeling of buying that first new car and went out of his way to make sure it was a positive experience. Also, I was able to meet Mike who took me through the process of financing my car. He was also very courteous and explained the process in a way I could understand so I was able to choose the right option for the financing of my car. Both Shawn and Mike went above and beyond by staying late after the dealership had closed (Since i had forgotten a couple things at home and had to go get them) and made sure all the processes were complete so I could leave the dealership that day with a brand new car. By the end of the experience, I felt that my family and I were part of the Roush family and I felt like they were a part of mine. Overall, the staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant experience. More

Great Salesman, Dissapointing Finance team I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a week ago. This is an out of state dealer so I had to drive a bit to get there. Over the phone the I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a week ago. This is an out of state dealer so I had to drive a bit to get there. Over the phone the Ray was very helpful on the price and condition of the vehicle. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with this and one other vehicle we were interested in looking at. Even sending better pics and taking one car back to detail, so I wouldn't waste a drive. The sales team was great. The finance team on the other hand I was disappointed by. I had an issues with state taxes being added in to my loan. When I called on the subject Tim said he should be able to get it worked out and mail me the paperwork to sign. The very next day I received an email stating while he could make my request happen, his boss "J" told him that the paperwork could not be mailed. That I would have to drive back to the dealership 2 1/2 hrs away to fix the issue. This is unacceptable, when one person, a representative of an establishment says they can do something, then that should be it. Customers shouldn't receive anything other than what was told to them. More

Certified Like New Purchase I was looking on the dealers website for an SUV. I browsed thru several cars. My father happened to know the Used Car Finance Manager. I told him a I was looking on the dealers website for an SUV. I browsed thru several cars. My father happened to know the Used Car Finance Manager. I told him about the cars I had looked at. He made a phone call and the next thing I knew I was filling out an application online for financing. I got a call less than two hours later that the financing was approved and when could I come take a test drive. I made the appointment for the next day and gathered all my documents for the finance company. I arrived the next day and took my test drive and drove home the car that night. Both the sales person and the finance manager were amazing!!! More

The people at Roush were very friendly and did not pressure us into any car purchase. After our first visit, they helped us narrow down the type of car, then we worked on how a new car would fit into my budget. I felt as if they understood the process of spending a great deal of money was a stressful one and they were willing to meet me in the middle. Finally, the day came where we bought the car, and I enjoyed how they brought out all the bells and whistles to celebrate! Although this process was still crazy, they worked with us at every turn to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase at the end. Hopefully I do not have to return in the near future, but if I do, I would return to Roush! More

This dealership was our favorite due to great customer service and salesmen. We returned to Roush after a horrible experience with another dealership (read Hinderer Honda review!) and bought a CRV. The salesman, Ray Moore worked with me through email for a few days and sent me new postings on CRVs as they came in. The first time we went into the dealership, Jim helped us. It was raining and he drove the CRVs he felt we would like into the garage so we could view them. This dealership answered all questions that we had and did not try to push us into buying before we were ready. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when we are ready to purchase again.....it will be from Roush! More
