Great Team Selling Effort I had to make a quick car purchase before the new year -with the holidays I was very pressed for time. I told Lee Cohen what I was looking for....and he was quickly able to give me a car that matched what I needed -with pricing that was very competitive. I came back unannounced the next day to test drive the car -Lee was out....but another sales associate -Bill Seibert -was very helpful in getting me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in...and when I asked -also quickly setup a test drive for a vehicle with additional features. The car I chose was an upgrade -and they were quickly able to get me great pricing. Close process was a breeze....typical additional warranties/coatings were offered and explained -but not hard sold. After the sale was finalized -Lee Cohen went through in detail features of the car -with special attention to the electronic systems -which are pretty amazing -but which I likely would have not been able to use if not thoroughly demonstrated. Really Great Dealer! Compared to my other times buying used cars, this was by far the best. From the sales person to the finance staff, everyone was very nice. Roush is always my first stop when car shopping. I first tried Roush Honda almost 30 years ago and that is the only place I've bought cars since. I usually deal with Richard Beard and I have complete trust and confidence in our dealings. It has always been like working with a close friend. Recently my wife totaled her CRV and we found one on line that I knew would not last long so we immediately went to Roush. Rich happened to not be working that day so we dealt with another salesman named Ray Moore. There was no surprise that dealing with him was no different from dealing with Rich. The transaction was completed and we received the car the next day. He even took care of calling the car rental company and returning our rental car. I have always recommended Roush and some people "price shop" and go somewhere else. The service during and after the sale is well worth any slight price difference and everyone I have sent to Roush agrees. More
