When I actually went to the dealership Jim Hartsook was a good salesmen with all the answers to my questions and with basically zero pressure. I don't like to haggle much but also don't want to get totally taken. I felt like I got exactly what I wanted in that regard. The whole process went very efficiently and I was in and out with the exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted in less than 2 hours. More

This being the first time I bought a car on my own, they couldn't have made this process any easier. My salesman, Ray Moore, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory and about the buying process. My finance person, Christina Baird, was very helpful as well. I also had a little electrical issue with one of the door locks and even though the vehicle was "As-Is' when I bought it, Roush still covered the expense for me to get it fixed. Overall a very pleasant experience. No games, no hassle. I will definitely be back for my next purchase! More

So we said why not another CRV? Our current CRV has been so easy to take care of and they offer an all-wheel drive option. So we stopped in and Richie welcomed us with a warm greeting and showed us what we were looking for. A week or so went by and we did a little more research and ended up finding a 2011 with 18,243 miles on her. We knew what we wanted and they came down to the price we needed to be at and the transaction was smooth. Thank you Richie, Tim and Roush for making our new purchase easy. More

That being said, when I was looking for a new car, I had my guard up and was skeptical about everything. But at the end of my deal here, I was completely happy, not only regarding the car I chose, but with the service, advice and extremely thorough walk-through of the car buying experience. Dave explained the entire procedure to me very clearly, made sure I understood what my options were, and made sure I understood which of those options were in my best interest. Best First car experience, Thank You Lee Cohen! With zero intentions of actually purchasing a car the day my wife and I were there, Lee made it very clear that he was there to help in any way. The whole atmosphere was very friendly and very comfortable (no pushy salesmen). Lee was straight up with everything that was on the table, he would let us see all the numbers and figures, and nothing was hidden from us. Lee even helped us go through the lot and find various color choices to see what best fit us. After a long patient day, Lee had finally found a a 2015 Honda CR-V that couldn't be any more perfect. I would completely recommend Roush and would recommend Lee any day. You guys really know how to keep people happy and get them in the best vehicle with out pushing them away.
