He was quick to respond and was efficient when we met (first to review the offer and the car and a second time to sign the paperwork and pick up the car). He knows the product inside and out and is a professional. He will not waste your time. I will use Lee again. Mike in finance was a help also. He explained everything to me at a speed I was comfortable with. More

We met with Ray that evening; it was our first time visiting Roush. Our goal was to purchase a used a fully-loaded Odyssey with low mileage and take the car home with us. As my husband and I are over 70 years old, we have purchased a great many cars over the years. Therefore, we were very direct in our conversation with Mr. Moore relative to centering on a fair price quickly! Within an hour or less, Ray had selected a car that met our requirements, we agreed on a price, and the papers and the agreement was signed. In addition, we had the opportunity to meet and converse with Jeff Lacy and Seth Kuber. We are very impressed with the professional demeanor of all three of Roush's employees. More

They made a difficult situation into a positive experience. When my children were in an accident and totaled their vehicle as a result, the Roush team were interested in the well-being of the kids, as opposed to simply putting them into a new vehicle. And, that's just the buying experience. That professionalism is displayed across the company, from Service to front desk. I will not purchase from anywhere but Roush. More
