I took a couple of days to think about it, and while Cameron was not available, Kristen stepped in and helped me get the job done. It was quick and quite painless. Both Cameron and Kristen were incredibly nice, listened to what I was looking for, very professional, and had a quick response time. This is my 5th car I've either bought or leased, and I find their professional and service exceptional! More

Would not go anywhere else I have owned a Honda Civic for 20 yrs and always took it to Roush Honda for service. It was finally the time that the repairs were more than a car pa I have owned a Honda Civic for 20 yrs and always took it to Roush Honda for service. It was finally the time that the repairs were more than a car payment would be so we looked at certified pre-owned CRVs and went home with one the same day. Richie Phillips was not a high pressure sales person and he was honest and knowledgeable. We went on a test drive and found a bit of a brake sound. They took it right over to service to inspect it, cleaned off build up from lack of use, and it was as good as new. We ended up with a great newer model CRV, lower miles, and the price had just been lowered. We also got a great rate of 0.9% financing. Financing was done with Tim Senek who was also thorough and knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything and it was very easy. What started out as a bad day being towed to the service dept turned in to a great day thanks to Richie Phillips! More

We had two 2012 CR-Vs and had ask Richie to look for a newer used CR-V for us. On a Monday night Richie left a message on our answering machine that a 2015 CR-V had just come in and want to know if we were interested. I called the next morning and talked to Steve as Richie had a day off. Steve knew of the car I was referring to and ask me to come in. Steve: showed me the car, put a hold on the car and called Richie. Richie came in on his day off and help us arrive at a great deal on the CR-V. I would like to thank both Richie and Steve for the great help in working with us to be able to purchase a great car.
