We worked with Josh when we recently purchased our 2015 Accord. He was good to work with but my wife felt rushed in taking delivery of the vehicle. After driving the car home on the freeway we noticed unusual wind noise coming from the driver's door, unlike any we have ever experienced on any vehicle (new or used). We took the car back to the dealer on 3 separate occasions for service to address the issue. We were told that a fix was made to the window per a Honda technical service bulletin, which did not resolve the issue. The dealer even had a Honda Rep. look at the car, who said that the noise is not unusual for this year make and model. Anyone who drives my new car would disagree. Furthermore, on one instance we came back to the dealership to test drive another accord and we were treated with complete disrespect by one of the sales managers, John Newton. He did not care to hear what our concerns were, but rather rudely interrupted us and showed no concern for our issue. We buy a $30K car and this is the level of service and respect that we receive after the sale. Thanks to the actions of John Newton, we will never purchase another car from Roush Honda. More

We had started looking at used cars, but thought we'd stop and check out leasing a new car. We worked with Lee Cohen. I had never leased before, so naturally I had a lot of questions. Lee worked through each of them. If he didn't know the answer directly, he engaged other staff to get us accurate information. After a couple hours of Q & A and a few follow up questions the day after, we decided to proceed with leasing a 2015 Civic SE. We originally were considering a LX, but Lee pointed out the differences in features and price for each model and it turned out that the SE better met our needs. I had obtained some internet prices from other dealers which I shared the with Lee. I explained what I was willing to pay and that I wasn't interested in haggling back and forth. Roush accepted my offer and now my son is driving a brand new car. I would definitely recommend considering Roush if you're considering a Honda purchase. More

While the 2015 Pilot I eventually bought was not part of the "program" they did make me a deal I could not ignore. All the pricing information and discount was up front and presented in clear format. We've never owned a Honda but once we test drove the 2015 CRV, it quickly went to the top as the best vehicle we had driven! Roush Honda treated us very well, from our first introduction to Deanna to Lee Cohen, who walked us through the process and made this a great buying experience! It's not your typical auto dealer feel..maybe because its employee owned and everyone has a vested interest in ensuring your complete satisfaction. Lee also did a great job explaining the features of our new vehicle(we were seriously behind in technology) and left completely satisfied with every aspect of the transaction! More
