No high pressure zone! I would like to thank Lee Cohen for making the purchase of my new Honda Accord a pleasurable experience. I walked into the dealership and was directe I would like to thank Lee Cohen for making the purchase of my new Honda Accord a pleasurable experience. I walked into the dealership and was directed immediately to a sales person, who promptly showed me what was available. Lee then worked with me to get the monthly payments to where I could afford the car. Lee also spent time with me when I picked up the car and made several contacts to follow-up. Overall, I never felt like anyone was taking advantage of me or trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. I appreciated that a great deal. I also want Roush Honda to know that there is no other dealership in town that has such friendly and professional folks working for them. It seems to the outsider that every individual works to make the group shine! Lee, thanks so much for making a job I hate to do - car shopping - a positive experience. JSmith More

Sometimes the Good One's Fall Short Normally great, this time they were exceptionally bad. Dealer sent me a 20% off coupon. Coupon said, "Service, including parts and labor." I had a bra Normally great, this time they were exceptionally bad. Dealer sent me a 20% off coupon. Coupon said, "Service, including parts and labor." I had a brake problem and an A/C problem. Service Manager gave me an estimate and I informed him of my coupon. I was told, "This coupon did not include maintenance and I could not use it!" I asked, "What's the difference?!" Honestly, I thought I was being Punked or Phone Tapped. I asked him to have the manager approve the 20% off of service. The manager said, "This is repair, not service so I will give you 10% off." I ended getting only my brakes done and using a 15% off coupon that specifically said, "Brake repair." Morale is, be clear that Roush's Service Department could be the Maintenance Dept. or Repair Dept. depending on the way they do not want to honor their coupons. I am a loyal Honda guy...3rd CRV in 13 years with over 200,000 miles. More

Certified Used Car deal was very enjoyable I met with Jim Hartsook who was very helpful and knowledgeable in putting me with a Honda that fit all my needs. I had a 1995 Honda Accord that I lo I met with Jim Hartsook who was very helpful and knowledgeable in putting me with a Honda that fit all my needs. I had a 1995 Honda Accord that I loved but I needed a newer model and Jim fixed me up with a 2012 Honda Civic. He really knows his stuff. The first was with their used car sales and that was so great that I didn't consider going anywhere else for my new car. This experience with new sales was fantastic from start to finish. Roush clearly puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list. Casey reached out to me via phone right after I put a request in for pre-financing. After that, I was very quickly contacted by Josh Wiswell to get the ball rolling. I have no doubt that all of the sales reps are wonderful, but Josh seems to be one of their all-stars. I would recommend you call Roush and ask for Josh when you are ready to purchase a new vehicle! He is very friendly and knowledgeable but was not pushy about things. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He got me situated with a Honda Civic and a lease. I also worked with Karen on the financing paperwork, and she was wonderful. I feel great about this entire experience! More

First she helped me highlight the ideal car I was looking for. During the touring of each car, she gave me the general ideas of the specialty of each car and I picked one that was formerly originated in Roush Honda. I had some trouble in the test-drive and Lori helped me figure out where the problem was. The whole experience was very joyful and she gave a lot of details in explanations as well as many useful suggestions. Both Lori and Tim from finance are very kind and I think the service at Roush Honda is wonderful. Since this is my first car, they helped me get rid of the trouble and make everything nice and easy. I would definitely recommend Roush Honda and Lori to my friends. More

An employee owned dealership like Roush really is special. I sat down Saturday afternoon to discuss a great leasing promotion from Honda with Jeffrey Hape. I was interested in a 2015 Civic SI. I had never le I sat down Saturday afternoon to discuss a great leasing promotion from Honda with Jeffrey Hape. I was interested in a 2015 Civic SI. I had never leased a car before. He patiently explained how leases are structured and the advantages and disadvantages over purchasing a new car. To further complicate things I was using my Costco membership program for the first time. After thinking about it I returned on Tuesday to lease the car. Jeff and Deanna Thompson coordinated all the paperwork for me. Casey Brindley prepared the lease contract and meticulously explained all the numbers. While I was signing the papers with Karen Matthews, Linda Barba was having my new car prepped. Before I left Linda "paired" my cellphone and explained to me how to navigate the Audio display. In addition Linda followed up with me to make sure I did not have any new questions. My new Civic SI and I have bonded!! I am looking forward to my "Second Childhood"!! An employee owned dealership like Roush Honda really is special. More
